About Surya Foundation & Kanya Shiksha Parisar
Surya Foundation, in partnership with the Tribal Welfare Department (Madhya Pradesh), operates Kanya Shiksha Parisar — a residential PPP model school for tribal girls (Classes VI–XII). Currently, 480 students study at the Sehore campus. We seek qualified, committed staff to join our growing community.

Principal (Female)
Qualification: Post Graduate + B.Ed / M.Ed with 15+ years teaching experience and 5+ years as Principal (Higher Secondary). Age: 35–50 years. Residential experience preferred.

- Craft Teacher: Diploma/Degree in Fine Arts/Craft with 2+ years experience.
- Music Teacher: Visharad or equivalent, 2+ years experience (female preferred).
- PTI: B.P.Ed with 2+ years experience.
- Counselor: Master’s in Psychology with 2+ years counselling experience.
- Hostel Warden: Graduate with 2+ years residential care experience.
- Administrator: Army graduate or equivalent with documentation & computer proficiency.
- Accountant: B.Com / M.Com with 2+ years experience.
- Nurse: Nursing certification with 2+ years experience.
- Clerk: Graduate, Hindi & English typing skills, 2+ years experience preferred.
- Support Staff: Minimum 10th pass.
