Yog (Yoga) and Meditation.

Uniting body, mind, and soul for balance, discipline, and inner strength.

Yoga is a spiritual discipline that harmonizes the body, mind, and soul. Rooted in the Sanskrit word ‘Yuj’, meaning “to unite,” yoga combines postures, breathing techniques, and meditation to bring peace and clarity. Practiced in traditions of Hinduism, Jainism, and Buddhism, yoga today has spread across the world and is celebrated every year on 21st June as International Yoga Day.
